Your First Step to Frictionless Splits

Welcome to FairShareUp! If you are ready to stop tracking shared expenses on spreadsheets, here is a quick-start guide to creating your first group ledger and logging transactions in minutes.

1. Create a Group

Log in to your free account and click "New Trip" or "New Group." Give your ledger a descriptive name (e.g., "Trip to Rome" or "Room 204 Utilities") and select your default home currency.

2. Invite Members

Add your friends, flatmates, or family members by entering their email addresses. They will receive an email invitation containing a secure link to join the group and sync balances.

3. Log Your First Expense

Click "Add Expense." Enter the description, total cost, who paid, and how the cost should be split. Save the transaction, and the group balances will update automatically.
